HOW CAN WE HELP?
Please fill out the form below or reach out to general@bdfwa.org to request support from the BDFW.
One way we can provide support is through grocery delivery, assistance for travel to and from in-person clinic appointments, support for school supplies that are not provided by schools, etc. We can provide Winter Goods such as coats, mittens, hats, boots, etc. We can also provide car seats, strollers and other safety gear for families who have a young child with a bleeding disorder. Click the button below to request support and please be specific (include links to items, etc).
Grocery assistance program guidelines: The BDFW can fulfill an individual or family’s grocery request 3 times, during which we will assist you in getting set up with a food bank to help with future needs. The spending limit for an individual is $100 per grocery order. The spending limit for a family is $180 per grocery order.
The BDFW can not provide funds for rent or utilities. If you need emergency assistance with rent or utilities, let us know and we can connect you to other resources.
If you aren’t sure if we can provide it, you can always just ask! Reach out to us at general@bdfwa.org for any questions you have about what our patient assistance program can cover.
