Keep Moving Forward FREE SHOE Program
The BDFW knows how important it is for individuals with bleeding disorders to have supportive and high-quality shoes that allow them to be active, safe and healthy. Athletic shoes are crucial to protect ankle joints and make exercise and movement more safe and accessible. We know that during this time, the cost of high-quality tennis shoes can be a burden for families. This is why the BDFW is excited to announce our Keep Moving Forward Shoe Program, which exists to promote healthy movement and exercise for those living with bleeding disorders and Sickle Cell by providing shoes to affected individuals!
How to choose your shoes
Each affected individual is allotted one pair of ATHLETIC shoes that are $75 and under (before tax/shipping)
Brands we suggest: Nike, Adidas, New Balance (links to websites below)
This program does not include Vans shoes, as they are not athletic or supportive of joints
